It’s annoying to get headache, and sometimes it’s impossible for us to stop it. Normally, when we’re under pressure, headache occurs immediately. When it gets worse, we could faint because of the discomfort we’ve been experiencing.
Headache is a state of moderate to extreme headache. It may even strike our upper back or neck. There are various forms of pain, but most of the time, stress-induced headaches, too long in front of the computer, noise and others.
Some of the major causes of headache is pain in the throat, scalp and jaw muscles. Normally, we’re coping with it by taking some sleep or drinking over-the counter aspirin to ease our discomfort. How can we do this anywhere?
Clearly, we can’t sleep in the office or in the supermarket. In addition, we could run out of aspirin when we get a headache.
Don’t think about it! The best way to deal with pain and we can do it all over the place is by massage. Massage is the process of applying pressure or stimulation to the soft tissues of the body to treat trauma, alleviate internal stress, manage discomfort, enhance circulation and reduce tension.
When we have headache, we should relieve ourselves with self-massage. Easy and anyone will do it, at work or at home.
Here are four simple ways to cure our headache in a massage.
- Head Field Massage — Close the legs. Place your middle fingers to your eyes above your cheekbones. Massage the area softly but tightly in circular motion for 1 minute.
- Massage of the eyes to the nose – Using the thumb to go down the underside of the eyebrows (around the bone at the top of the eye socket). Check where this bone crosses the bridge of the nose and eyes to find a spot where there is a slight indentation. Push the thumbs through the dots very softly. You will do so four times by holding and clicking the area in each press for 10 seconds.
- Neck Massage — Mass a point where you can feel it by pushing the middle fingers of your hands to the back of your head and touching the base of your skull. In fact, at the tip of your spine, which reaches the base of your skull. Massage softly for a few minutes using fingertips in circular motion.
- Scalp Rub – Let your hands rub your scalp to the top of your forehead for a minute.
When you’ve finished all the massages, start taking a deep breath. Raise your shoulders to your ears for 5 to 10 seconds to ease the residual pressure, and then let them slip back to their normal location.
If you can do it just a few days, you’ll feel better. Your treatment will ease your headache and make your head feel less weighty.
